Installation Steps
If You are using OpenCart 3.X.X.X version, you need to install Installation Issue Fixed Module.
| » | Copy all files/folder to exact loction manually. (Goto step 6) |
| » | OR with the help of “Extension Installer” below are the steps. |
| » | Open your admin goto Extensions Tab and click “Extension Installer”. |
| » | Then click on “Upload” button and select the folder/directory “short_description.ocmod.zip”. |
| » | After that goto “Modification” you can see the file below, now click clear and refresh button. |
| » | Now goto Extension Tab and select “Extension” then click on dropdown menu and select “Module”. |
| » | Then click on “Install” and “Edit” button. |
| » | After that enable the status of modules where you want to add short description and save it. |
| » | Now click on Design Tab and select Layouts “Home”, at the bottom you can seen the “shortdescription”. |
| » | Goto the catalog, click on product ,now choose the product on which you want to add short description. |
| » | Now click on edit button of your choosing product , add the short description and save it. save and enjoy. |
