Social chat is a module allows you to manage a chat. The module has no configuration, once installed it is already running. Also it will always appear at the bottom in the monitor, even if scrolleremo the page. Social chat is very simple and intuitive for your users, it will appear in a small portion of the screen in a rectangular box where you can see the number of users connected at that time.

If You are using OpenCart 3.X.X.X version, you need to install Installation Issue Fixed Module.
|»||Copy all files/folder to exact loction manually. (Goto step 6)|
|»||OR with the help of “Extension Installer” below are the steps.|
|»||Open your admin goto Extensions Tab and click “Extension Installer”.|
|»||Then click on “Upload” button and select the downloaded folder/directory “social_chat.ocmod.zip”.|
|»||After that goto “Modification” you can see the file below, now click clear and refresh button.|
|»||Now goto Extension Tab and select “Extension” then click on dropdown menu and select “Module”.|
|»||Then click on “Install” and “Edit” button then Fill the details and enable the status and then save it.|

After the successful installation of the module, the admin will be able to configure the Social Chat module for use. Admin can do following settings-
|»||Enable/Disable the Social Chat module.|
|»||Can set the Facebook Page Id.|
|»||Can set the Whatsapp Number.|
|»||Can set the Email Id.|
|»||Can set the Contact Number.|
|»||As well as can also set the call to action, button color, position and order.|
Simply show the Social Chat Button at the bottom of the pages, position was set in admin.
