Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining customers, encouraging existing customers to purchase additional products or features, and keeping abreast of changes in consumption. You will also need to build capacity among employees through regular training and mentorship.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.

New Client acquisition - Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts

In regular coordination with potential client questions and follow-up call questions

Creating & Maintaining database by generating leads (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.

Process - Cold Calling; Sending mails and follow up with regard to replies.
